The Billings Gazette has an interesting article on the potential for use of alpha wave stimulators in treating meth addiction and other issues. The article indicates that the units can be purchased for several hundred dollars, but require a prescription, and operate by attaching electrodes to the earlobes and directing radio waves directly through the water of the brain.
