The measure that failed last week limited sales of meth ingredients, made buyers sign a log book, and charged a fee for convenience stores to sell and log the stuff. The new “common sense” bill says screw it, convenience stores can’t sell it at all. Pharmacies only, log all sales, and no fee for participation. Betcha a dollar it passes this time.
